Fueling and Training Packages
Unlock your athletic potential and increase your enjoyment of running by learning to fuel and train properly. We will take a closer look at your fueling, hydration, training, sleep, lifestyle, and athlete-focused biomarkers to create an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals.
I offer two programs:
Complete Fuel and Train: A complete fueling and training package for those who are looking for a comprehensive program. This is for you if you desire guidance to properly execute training and nutrition so that you can feel better while running, reduce your risk of injury, and feel confident and prepared for race day.
Athlete Fueling: These are nutrition only packages. This is for you if you already have a running coach or feel confident coaching yourself but need proper nutrition guidance so that you can get the most out of your training.
*Complete Fuel and Train program is four months in duration.
One-on-one sessions
Most sessions are conducted over FaceTime or Google Meet. Follow up sessions are generally bi-weekly but will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
I love answering questions and assisting my athletes! It would be a shame for you to have to wait until our next session to get your questions answered. For this reason, I am available via e-mail between sessions. You will usually receive a response within one business day. Some in-depth questions may need to be answered during the next session.
